How to identify which receiver you require:

Ear Side:

For the Left ear, your receiver will be Blue.

For the Right ear, your receiver will be Red.

Power and Size:

Sizes Available: 0, 1, 2, 3.

Powers Available: ‘Standard’ (S) ‘Medium’ (M) and ‘Power’ (P).

If you remove the dome from your current receiver, where this usually sits will be a number and letter on one side of the receiver body, for example ‘2M’. The ‘2’ indicates the size/length of the receiver wire, and the ‘M’ stands for ‘Medium’ Power. The powers available are ‘Standard’ (S) ‘Medium’ (M) and ‘Power’ (P).

Instructions:

1. Installation: If replacing hearing aid receivers, you will need to remove the existing receiver. To do this, using the receiver removal tool, push the receiver pin to one side, unlocking the receiver, allowing you to pull the receiver out. Take your new receiver, and insert this into the hearing aid until it fits flush to the hearing aid. Close the receiver pin to lock your receiver into place.
2. Testing: Once the receivers are installed, check that they fit correctly and are not uncomfortable. You can also check their performance by turning on your hearing aid. If you experience any issues, please consult your hearing care professional.
3. Maintenance: Follow the recommended maintenance guidelines provided by your hearing care professional to keep your hearing aid receivers clean and well-maintained. Regular maintenance will help prolong the life of the receivers and ensure continued performance.
