We have compiled a list of common FAQ’s to help resolve your query quickly.
If you order before 10am (EST) we will aim to ship your order the same day. Our shipping estimates are:
Standard Delivery (untracked) 7 – 10 working days
Express Delivery (tracked) 3 – 6 working days
If you have not received your order and it is outside of the estimated shipping window, please send us an email at support@hearcaredirect.com and one of the team will address your concern within 24 hours.
You can pay through Stripe with a Debit or Credit card or;
You can pay with your Paypal account.
You can also pay through Paypal without an account using your Debit or Credit card.
Sometimes payments get refused and often for lots of different reasons including:
- Not enough funds
- Incorrect name or address
- Bank security protocols

Yes! All of our products are brand new and genuine products. We do not sell secondhand, refurbished, graded, used, third party or grey imports. We only sell brand new, 100% genuine authorised products direct from the manufacturer. Hear Care Direct are an authorised stockist and distributor for all the brands we sell.
The products we sell are exactly the same as the ones you would purchase from an audiologist or hearing clinic – but generally at more competitive prices.
With competitive prices comes suspicion – ‘How come you are so cheap’ is one of our most common questions!
Well to answer this, we only stock the highest quality, authentic, brand new, genuine products directly from the official manufacturers (such as Phonak, GN Resound, Signia, Widex, Oticon etc).
We buy our stock in large quantities and instead of adding a huge markup, we stay competitive, get more sales by passing the discount on to our loyal customers.
Our products are exactly the same as what you would purchase from an audiologist or hearing clinic.
