Instructions

1. Setup: Plug the power cable into the power connector on the TV Streamer, and the power supply into the mains wall socket. Using the selected cable (TOSLINK or RCA) insert one end into the relevant port of the Starkey TV Streamer, and the other into your TV/electronic device. Press the power button on the streamer to turn it on.
2. Pairing: To connect a new pair of hearing aids to the TV Streamer, firstly ensure your hearing aids are not currently connected to any nearby Bluetooth devices. Turn your hearing aids off and back on, and place them within 15cm (6 inches) of the TV Streamer. Press the Bluetooth button on the TV device. The front LED will begin blinking blue. Once paired, the LED lights will flash green (2 green flashes indicates both hearing aids are paired successfully).
3. Confirmation: Once paired successfully, the LED lights will flash green (2 green flashes indicates both hearing aids are paired successfully) indicating that your Starkey hearing aids are connected and ready to receive audio.
4. Enjoy: Audio streaming can be started in a variety of ways, including through the Thrive Hearing Control App, the Starkey 2.4GHz remote, or through your hearing aids themselves.
