Instructions

1. Setup: Insert the larger end of the USB cable into the power supply unit and plug the power supply unit into the socket outlet of the mains power. Insert the smaller end of the USB cable into the free socket of the TV Connector. Using your selected cable (3.5mm Jack [analog] or Optical [Toslink]) insert one end into the TV Connector, and the other into your TV.
2. Pairing: To connect a new pair of hearing aids to the TV Connector, press the connect button on the back, and the light will start blinking blue. Ensure your hearing aids are switched on, and stand within 1 meter of the TV Connector.
3. Confirmation: Once paired successfully, you will receive a confirmation beep in your hearing aids, which may take up to 10 seconds. The LED light on the Phonak TV Connector will turn to solid green, which indicates it is switched on and transmitting audio.
4. Enjoy: Sit back, relax, and enjoy enhanced audio directly streamed to your Phonak hearing aids. Adjust the volume on your hearing aids as desired, and experience a new level of clarity and comfort while watching your favorite programs.
