Ear Side:

• For the Left ear, the writing on your receiver will be Blue
• For the Right ear, the writing on your receiver will be Red

Power and Size:

• Sizes Available: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4
• Powers Available: ‘Medium’ (M) and ‘Power’ (P)

If you remove the dome from your current receiver, where this usually sits will be a number and letter on one side of the receiver body, for example ‘M2R’. The ‘2’ indicates the size/length of the receiver wire, the ‘M’ stands for ‘Medium’ Power, and the ‘R’ indicates it is for the Right hearing aid. The powers available are ‘Medium’ (M) and ‘Power’ (P).

Instructions:

1. Remove Old Receiver: Using a receiver removal tool, push the receiver pin to one side, unlocking the receiver, allowing you to pull the receiver out.
2. Insert New Receiver: Take a new Widex EasyWear V2 Receiver and align it with the receiver slot on the hearing aid. Ensure that the receiver’s connector matches the socket on the hearing aid.
3. Secure Placement: Once aligned, gently push the new receiver into the receiver slot until it clicks into place. Push the receiver pin back into place, so it is flush with the hearing aid. Ensure that it is securely seated to prevent any sound leakage or disconnection.
4. Test Functionality: After installing the new receiver, test the functionality of the hearing aid to ensure that sound is being delivered effectively. Adjust the volume and settings as needed to achieve optimal sound quality.
