Instructions

1. Pairing: Ensure the device is fully charged before first use. To connect a new pair of hearing aids to the Multi Mic, place your hearing aids within 5cm of the device, making sure both the hearing aids and the device are turned on. Press the ‘Pairing’ button on the Multi Mic (you may use a pen tip or similar small object to do this, as the button is quite small) until it starts flashing blue.
2. Confirmation: The hearing aids will pair one at a time. When one hearing aid is paired, there will be a blue LED light for approximately 30 seconds. If you are pairing 2 hearing aids, the LED light will begin to flash blue again until it pairs to the second hearing aid. Once pairing is complete, the LED light will flash green.
3. Enjoy: After pairing with your hearing aids, when powered ON, streaming sound to your hearing aids is enabled by a long press on your hearing aids or via the app.
