How to identify which receiver you require:

Ear Side:

For the Left ear, the writing on your receiver will be Blue.

For the Right ear, the writing on your receiver will be Red.

Power and Size:

Sizes Available: 0, 1, 2 ,3, 4.

Powers Available: ‘Low’ (LP) ‘Medium’ (MP) and ‘High’ (HP).

If you remove the dome from your current receiver, where this usually sits will be a number and some letters on one side of the receiver body, for example ‘2MP C’. The ‘2’ indicates the size/length of the receiver wire, and the ‘MP’ stands for Medium Power. The powers available are ‘Low’ (LP) ‘Medium’ (MP) and ‘High’ (HP).

Instructions

1. Installation: To remove an existing Surefit 2C Receiver, using a receiver removal tool, insert one end into the clear receiver lock and gently lift until it pops out slightly, then gently pull the receiver out. Next, take your new receiver, and push this into the hearing aid until it fits flush, then push the receiver lock back down to secure this into place.
2. Testing: Once the receivers are installed, you can test they are fitted properly by gently pulling on the receiver wire. It should stay firmly in place if fitted correctly.
3. Maintenance: Follow the recommended maintenance guidelines provided by your hearing care professional to keep your SureFit 2C Receivers clean and well-maintained. Regular maintenance will help prolong the life of the receivers and ensure continued performance.
