Compatibility:

The Phonak 4.0 SDS Retention Locks are compatible with Phonak 4.0 Receiver Wires, that are compatible with a wide range of Phonak hearing aids including, but not limited to, Phonak Marvel, Paradise, Lumity and Life. Please note, these are not compatible with the older Phonak xReceiver Receiver Wires, these will need the Phonak xReceiver Retention Locks.

How to Identify the Correct Size:

You will need to select the same size Retention Locks as the Power of your current receiver. For example, if you use a Medium Power Receiver, you will need ‘Medium’ Retention Locks.

If you are unsure on what power receiver you are using, you will need to remove the dome off the end of the receiver. Where the dome usually sits on the receiver body, there will be a number and letter on one side, for example ‘2M’. The ‘2’ indicates the size/length of the receiver wire, and the ‘M’ stands for Medium Power! The powers available are ‘Standard’ (S) ‘Medium’ (M) and ‘Power’ (P).
