This allows crystal clear, zero latency sound to be transmitted from your TV to your hearing aids, whilst still allowing other users to hear the TV from the TV speakers. Gone are the days of having your TV’s volume at the maximum level (I’m sure everybody will be delighted with that especially!).

If you purchase this device and wish to return it within the 30-day returns period, if you have had the integrated receivers installed into your hearing aids, you MUST visit your audiologist to have this device unpaired and have the receivers installed back into the Phonak Roger Select iN.

If the receivers are not re-installed into the Phonak Roger Select iN, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you cannot visit your audiologist within the 30-day returns policy to do this, please get in touch and where possible, we will endeavour to facilitate a longer returns window (within reason and this date will be agreed exclusively by us, HearCareDirect, and will be at our own discretion).

If we receive your returned product with no receivers installed, we will send the item back to you, as only an audiologist with the paired hearing aids in-hand can re-install the receivers back into the Phonak Roger Select iN.
