Compatibility:

The Signia Mini Receiver 3.0 Retention Locks are compatible with Signia Mini Receiver 3.0 receiver wires and the Signia 3.0 Thin Tubes, that are compatible with a wide range of Signia hearing aids including, but not limited to, Signia AX and IX platforms.

Please note, these are not compatible with the older Signia Mini Receiver 2.0 receiver wires, these will need the Signia Mini Receiver 2.0 Retention Locks.

How to Identify the Correct Size:

These retention locks are available in 4 sizes: Standard, Medium, Power and Universal.

You will need to select the same size Retention Locks as the Power of your current receiver. For example, if you use a Medium Power Receiver, you will need ‘Medium’ Retention Locks.

The Universal retention locks are compatible with Standard Power Receivers and Thin Tubes. These are distinguishable by the black casing, and clip onto the end of a receiver, rather than sliding over the receiver body.

If you are unsure on what power receiver you are using, you will need to remove the dome off the end of the receiver. Where the dome usually sits on the receiver body, there will be a number and letter on one side, for example ‘2M’. The ‘2’ indicates the size/length of the receiver wire, and the ‘M’ stands for Medium Power! The powers available are ‘Standard’ (S) ‘Medium’ (M) and ‘Power’ (P).
