FAQ’s

Instructions

1. Pairing: Ensure the device is fully charged before first use. To connect a new pair of hearing aids to the Remote Microphone+, ensure the device is turned on. Place your hearing aids in pairing mode by turning them off and back on again, and place them within 6 inches of the device. Simultaneously press the ‘input’ and ‘volume up’ buttons on the Remote Microphone+ until the LED blinks blue and red alternately.
2. Confirmation: Once your hearing aids are paired, the LED will blink green for each successful pairing of hearing aid. (For example, if you are pairing 2 hearing aids, the green LED light will blink twice.)
3. Enjoy: After pairing with your hearing aids, when powered ON, streaming sound to your hearing aids will automatically commence. Alternatively, you can control this through the Thrive app, Starkey Remote Control 2.0 (if configured) or by your Hearing Aids themselves (if configured).
